1.1. No Refunds After Trial Access: We offer a one-day trial period to evaluate Hammurabi GPT’s capabilities. If you have accessed this trial version, you are considered to have assessed our services before purchasing. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for paid services after utilizing the trial, as the service has already been evaluated.

1.2. Final Sale: All purchases of subscriptions and services are final. Due to the nature of our AI-based services, which are instantly accessible upon payment, we cannot offer refunds once access to the service has been granted.

1.3. Unused Services: No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period. If you choose to discontinue using the service before your subscription expires, you will not be entitled to any refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. Technical Issues: In cases where you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Hammurabi GPT platform, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that:

  • You have reported the issue to our technical support team within 48 hours of encountering it.

  • We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (up to 10 business days).

    2.2. Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue a refund for any duplicate charges.

    2.3. Billing Discrepancies: If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, you must notify us within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate the issue, and if an error is found, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.

4.1. Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining period. Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

4.2. Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your subscription due to non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
